One Stop Construction is based right here in Washington, Utah, and our home market is Washington County. Because Steve came up through the trades before he ever ran a job as a general contractor, he can judge every phase of a build against what good work actually looks like, and being local means getting to your site is never the holdup.

- Washington — our home base, including the fast-growing Washington Fields area.
- Hurricane — bigger, more rural lots that suit pole barns, shops, and detached casitas.
- Ivins & Santa Clara — the red rock communities, custom homes and high-end remodels.
Beyond Washington County
For larger custom homes and additions, we also travel to Cedar City in Iron County and the Kanab and Duck Creek area in Kane County. Smaller, hands-on projects we keep closer to home in Washington County, so we can give them the attention they need.
